DOG WASHING STATION:
NOW IN SERVICE! Anyone with an approved pet can use your fob for entry. As for now it will be 1st come 1st serve.
NEW BLINDS:
UPDATE! 390 building was scheduled for this week but got pulled away to a more urgent task. New time frame TBA.
FITNESS CENTER:
COMING SOON! (Until then you may still use it for stretching, workouts, yoga, etc.)

For Deliveries:
MAKE A DELIVERY NOTE (copy/paste this): Type “Churchwoods Apartments Lafayette Indiana” (all 4 words) in Google Maps & it leads you right there. Put delivery in Mail Room (located on south side of Building 320). Large packages go in designated room (code is 2222). Do not leave packages outside!
MAIL PICK-UP
If you are returning something:
Delivery workers are not intended to be able to get in your towers. Put your Pick Up mail in the Mail Room in the NEWLY labeled “Pick Up” area.
Utilities:
DUKE (electric): Try to get it in your name. If you aren’t able yet we can wait until we get our 1st bill for your unit. Keep us updated.
RENTERS INSURANCE:
Try, if not I can provide a Letterhead as proof of address.
KEEP US CLEAN!
– TRASH:
Pick-up days = Tuesday/Friday
Make sure to break down all boxes to save room in each dumpster. NOTHING gets put on the ground! If there is something too large to fit in dumpster, tell the office immediately so they can schedule a pick-up (different type of pick-up).
– PET WASTE:
Clean all messes immediately.
NOTE: If it is not clear who made the mess & maintenance/landscapers have to pick it up it, it will be a community charge.

Easy ways to avoid clogs & charges are to prevent unwanted things going down drains.
3 Drain HACKS

Strainers in every drain. They are $1 each (if that) at the dollar store. They prevent hair, personal items, silverware, food (bones, shells, peels, etc.) getting stuck

NO Grease or Oil should ever be poured down the drain. Let it cool then sop it up with a towel & put in trash

Only Toilet Paper in the Toilet. Things that say “flushable” are usually not, ask any plumber.
NOTICE SOMETHING?
Tell us! If you see something that seems or feels out of place, if you notice someone dumping trash in the yard or not picking up pet waste, if someone keeps propping a tower door open, anything you know shouldn’t be a thing… TELL US to KEEP OUR COMMUNITY A PRIMO PLACE TO BE!

Tenant suggestions are how we got approved for peepholes for the unit doors! Now that approval has gone through, we will be placed on the schedule for the contractors to add (time frame TBA).
