We have gotten feedback and, unless someone does something weird, you are now allowed to use the Clubhouse after hours. You will be able to enter through the fitness center. Please make sure all doors latch behind you when exiting. If everything continues to go well & once construction settles down in the back of 320, we will be able to add the back patio entrance to your fob entry.
Fitness Center: Every Day 6am – 11pm
Coat hooks, bag cubbies, yoga equipment, sanitation station coming soon!
Mail Room: 24/7
Pet Washing Station: 24/7 to pet owners
ANNOUNCEMENTS – Newest in ALL CAPS and Bold:
BUS ROUTE IS MODIFIED ONLY DURING OCTOBER. I am checking into alternates, but it might be where you’ll have to go to the corner of Old Romney & 52 or catch an Uber for a couple of weeks.
WE’LL BE STARTING TO ADD YOUR DUKE BILLS TO YOUR LEDGERS THIS WEEK AND NEXT (for those who were here prior to Duke having us in their system)!
DUKE: YOU’LL BE ABLE TO GET IT IN YOUR NAME BUT you’ll have to talk to a real person instead of trying to get it activated online.

MAKE A DELIVERY NOTE (copy/paste this): Type “Churchwoods Apartments Lafayette Indiana” (all 4 words) in Google Maps & it leads you right there. Put delivery in Mail Room. All loose packages go in Large Package Room. Do not leave packages outside!
MAIL PICK-UP
If you are returning something:
Delivery workers are not intended to be able to get in your towers. They will need to pick it up in the Mail Room.
KEEP US SAFE & CLEAN!
MAKE SURE TO USE YOUR FOB TO OPEN THE OUTSIDE MAIL DOOR, NOT A CODE.
– TRASH & PET WASTE:
Pick-up days = Tuesday/Friday
Make sure to break down all boxes to save room in each dumpster. NOTHING gets put on the ground! If there is something too large to fit in dumpster, tell the office immediately so they can schedule a pick-up (different type of pick-up). Pick up all Pet Waste immediately.
*** NOTE: If it is not clear who made the mess & maintenance/landscapers have to pick it up it, it will be a community charge.

Tenant suggestions are how we got approved for peepholes for the unit doors! Now that approval has gone through, we will be placed on the schedule for the contractors to add (time frame TBA).
