QUALIFICATIONS are below the Available Units

QUALIFICATIONS for Approved Applications:
– All adults (18+) who will be residing in the house/apt are required to fill out an application
– Credit score of 550+
– No Evictions and/or all past Evictions must be paid off
– No Utilities owed in Credit/Collection History
– Criminal history shows no felony & shows no charge of a violent crime of any nature within the last 6 years
– Applicant cannot be on sex offender registry
– Gross household income of approved adults and/or co-signer must be 2.5x+ rental amount. Income must be based on current employer of 6+ months with no gaps in employment
– Renters insurance is required, pets (if applicable) must be covered under renters insurance
– Pets (limit 2) require additional nonrefundable fees ($200 for 1st, $100 for 2nd, $25/pet/mth)
– Application Fee = $50 per adult (nonrefundable)

* Deposits are only accepted AFTER applications have been approved &, once used to secure a unit, are non-refundable.
* Deposits are not used towards rent during tenancy.
